I left several months ago but stay in touch with a few reps that are still working for the company. all are disengaged and actively interviewing.

You people sound like a bunch of paranoids. Take your medicine. Relax!! Let the system work. The hiring continues. The upcoming meetings are the start of the process. XXR will come soon. Meanwhile, we have Exalgo and Pennsaid.

You apparently don't realize it yet, but you are going to work for a great company; a company that has been around longer than any other company you have ever worked for. You'll see, if you don't shoot yourself in the foot first.

And no, I'm not from HQ.

ok if we work for a great company then please explain the following"

    1. Why are we not free to ask REAL questions on the town hall?
    2. why are questions never even answered, corporate scripts mumble.
    3. Why is every position going to be contract?
    4. why are top performers leaving?
    5. Why is every dm looking for a job?

We could go on. that last poster was def. from corporate. you don't have a clue.
    the ship is sinking.

Just because it has been a great company with a strong history, it doesn't mean this management can run it I'm the ground. Endo was a 90 year company with good success in generics ( sound familiar). They got a group of individuals running it that had a similar mentality and we know whatnot looks like now.

If you aren't from HQ you are going through your career here ( and I say career very loosely) with blinders on. There is a reason why people are leaving left and right and a reason the company is replacing the reps with contract reps.

Every company has it's warts. But this ones warts are getting bigger by the month!

Pennsaid 2% was approved this morning. The meetings, that were planned well in advance, start Monday. Do you think that was a coincidence? It's called timing.

    Everyone that is whining....

Just relax and enjoy the calm before the storm. You will be very busy by the end of February and first half of March - and then well into April May and June. The nature of our business is - some people leave/quit. Yes, even high performers. The grass isn't always greener at other companies. This is the world we're all in, so embrace the change. The entire industry is about to go into an expansion, so buckle up and hang on.

I won't be back on this site anytime soon, so all the "haters" out there - don't bother with a response.

Heard the Arizona DM resigned after being hired in November.
    The NE RM also resigns.
Is this ship headed for the bottom?
If Xartemis isn't approved, the Ventiv contract is cancelled and some other company will buy out the remaining shell of Mallinckrodt.
This outfit is "all in rot"!
