Xeljanz VP countering big bucks

    So what exactly is wrong with culture? Specifically activity? 10 calls a day? Working 8-5? Signatures on all calls?

    I believe part of what’s wrong with the culture is that there are too many people, there’s not enough to do, a managers feel like they need to “” manage versus letting people go out and run and actually do their thing because again there’s not enough shit to do.

    Yes too many reps (anymore than 1 per terr is too many)
    Not enough product or pipeline.
    Poor decisions & judgement by Pres VP & RDs all equal worse division in the company.
    (All in the past 2yrs!)

    These ONE OFF countering & matching should be illegal as it shows favoritism & discriminates against others who do not have offers. How can you bump a 5yr rep 20-30k making more than award winning 10-15-20 yr reps in the district?????
    Total bias, favoritism, & discrimination period.
    This act by the VP should be reprimanded as not only is it favoritism & not based on any merit/skill/experience but it creates an awefull toxic enviroment for the peer reps.


    (The VP & RD did this with a rep earlier this year who went to BMS & it created a nightmare between all the other reps in the division. Totally destroyed the peer relationships & culture if the rep had taken the counter & stayed) went from 120 to 160k! Who would not have been pissed off by this one off favoritism.
