Any insight on this senior specialty sales position? I saw on company site an opening in WI. Is this position a good gig with good growth potential and earning potential? I believe ortho is the main call point right? Hand surgeons specifically? Thank you.

This is not a good gig. Pays $20,000 a year . Your going to need a wood pellet stove or kerosene heater in your car to keep warm. Xiaflex peak sales is for a bent penis. Its true orths get called on, but it's the wrong bone they would be studying. Same thing for the hand and trigger finger. Gentlemen should be cautioned that if they are carrying a loaded gun in their pants, shaking it 3 times is just playing with yourself; stroking it 3 times is manual manipulation by way of therapeutic massage and myofacial manipulation.

This is for ortho but the manager is no good. 17 reps have quit or been fired in the last 2 years under this walking HR nightmare. This spot is open because the rep (who lasted 10 months) was deemed “uncoachable”
Manager should be fired but he kisses the national dir’s ass so therefore is left to burn & churn reps.
Tell you a lot about the ortho team. Stay far away!

How about the product Xiaflex? Does it work well? Any competition? How is it perceived by ortho?

Endo Pharmacauticals has discontinued Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum (CCH) injection in Australia and Asia, and plans to do the same to whole Europe by the end of 2019. The American laboratory has decided to withdraw it for economic reasons. As a result, the drug is no longer available except in the US and Canada. Now the only treatment options for Peyronie´s disease are surgery or Penile Traction Device (alone or combined with PRP), in the rest of the world. See official letter
