Xofigo-Flat Sales

Phil B and Carston do you want to know why Xofigo sales are flat or declining? You have total incompetence in your marketing team they are completely disconnected from the field. The goals are unattainable thus demotivating. Why do you give a 6 month goal? That's just stupid! At least Qtrly you can make adjustments. Unrealistic goal, reps shut down. Carston and your surveys have taken reps eyes off the ball. This isn't Japan! So my manager now is requesting more reports, More Reports=Find another job.

 

One of my hospitals decided to shut down due to the recent price increase. Unfortunately, I couldn't address his issue as I have to do this stupid Delphi Survey. Needless to say, his Xofigo use will be declining. Carston, Bavesh, managers are afraid to bring up our real issues as it will be calling Carston's Japanese style of selling's baby ugly. If you want to be successful, listen to the field, not Horvaith or the Marketing idiots, not the KAM's (they don't even work), or the Regional Marketing Managers (Horvaith Clones) Listen to the field, set reasonable goals, understand your customers. The last half of the year, Xofigo will decline, this is caused by Bayer. If you don't fix this, your 3 billion dollar investment will be discussed in College as a case study of how not to do things.

 

What do you expect from this turd of a company? No pipeline, no future, no investment on the pharma side. Instead they sink 66 billion, overpaid for on a seed company! Idiots

 

This company is a joke, pharmaceuticals they care less, world domination in seed and agricultural is their only agenda! If you think otherwise you are in for a rude awakening when they sell all pharma assets! Just look at thr pipeline.....ya that's right what pipeline.

 

I guess the prediction is true! This is what happens when you keep giving unrealistic goals to the reps. They shut down.

 

Just look around and see who is left, no one worth a damn. This isn't a pharmaceutical company and no way are we an oncology company! A failed phase 2 Mesothelioma trial, Xofigo breast indication years away and a TKI division on the verge of major cuts! Oh and a 66 billion dollar fiasco... Ya the future is bright at this shit hole?

They already have, many have accepted already just waiting to give notice. Most are planning right before the meeting. Wonder how management will attempt to spin this? They will tell you that no one has left, how great you are doing with Xofigo, yet no one is making bonus.

 

How in the hell can a company like this shit hole, start taking money back once you get a bonus check? This hell hole is the most dysfunctional poorly ran company around! Shortly it will be announced that the Monsanto deal will not go through, that means Bayer is liable to pay them 2 billion dollars!
Cuts, layoffs, and heads will roll!!!!

 

Managers meeting in Dallas Texas this week, HR asking for bonus money back in installment payments, Monsanto deal not happening and a 2 billion dollar fine.......time to get resumes updated and get the hell out of here!!!!

 

What happens when someone leaves? Could Bayer have done something to keep that person?
If someone leaves, it just happens Bayer doesn't know until that person has given notice. What do you replace that person with? Nobody with experience wants to come here so you get someone from WHC. Do you think that person will have much impact?
Weigh the option:
30% increase in Salary to leave
5 weeks of vacation a new industry standard
good bonus potential based on attainable goals we are at 80% on TKI and I hear declining on Xofigo
reps are leaving because they can't make bonus at Bayer
No Stock Options here
better car choices
micromanagement and blame on reps due to poor forcast and goal setting.

Bayer can complain regarding people leaving, what are you doing to keep them here?

It's happening again, the price increase is shutting down accounts. Way to go Bayer! This isn't the reps fault it's the insensitivity we have to our customers. How many years is this not hitting goal?

 

What do you expect, we have nothing in the pipeline, no new indication for Xofigo and a deteriorating TKI franchise. We are NOT an oncology company. All of the good managers and reps left! Thank God I and countless others saw the writing on the wall 2 years ago when they flew us to Phoenix for the kumbaya meeting and bullshit us that everything is going to be alright! Do you now see the reality? If you don't then you better go to the Helen Keller school of reading.
