Its real simple, what do paul and scott for that matter do? Paul offers nikes, scott sends emails about training for a triathalone. There is no plan and no structure. Paul is afraid of his own shadow now as his entire sales team leaves or interviews. Scott trains for a triathlon and sends out training emails. Xofigo is falling flat and declining and nubecca is about to be stagnant. Why??? Bayer doesnt have a plan, our marketing is a joke and Robb is busy dealing with his post divorce issues. Most of us dont work but know if we stay here we cant find future employment. This is what happens if you dont do future research on your products.

This post is bone-chillingly accurate. I could add more but there’s no need. Everyone in Prostate needs to know what’s in this post and plan/ act accordingly.

Almost every one of Paul’s managers has left for a better job/company, higher level position or more $$$ in the last 6 months.

Lets just face it, paul is simply stupid. Scotts not smart either but he knows hes not smart so he sends out christmas cards in convict garb. All their managers are just dumb and yes men, ever see dale gray at a meeting, clueless. Scott and paul cant find other jobs for their salary. Paul couldnt be a rep and whoever heard of a regional living in Shreveport. Bayer is one screwed up company. I expense my drinks at meeting at watch the ass kissers work on promotion.

It’s easy to say they are stupid but it’s worse when you can’t spell. Go have another drink at the bar so we can catch it on your next expense report and fire you.

If Bayer started firing ppl for drinks on Expense Reports there would be no one left in the division.

You can expense drinks at meetings under “Snack”. Perfectly within compliance guidelines.

Let’s not jump away from the real problems here. This franchise has no chance in succeeding with the people we have running things.

The only one that hasn’t left is TD I think. Prostate is a clown show starting at the top. It’s the biggest open secret at Bayer.

Paul is definitely not stupid - let's call out the facts here. He is not a good leader but is an intelligent guy. He'd be much better off analyzing data or doing sales training than leading a field force.

We need to have 1 sales force with 1 Director. No need for all these franchises in Oncology.
