When does season 3 start. When will the application process start. Last year we applied in September and started in October.
    Thx

Pharma reps are not allowed in offices yet and probably won't be until 2021. Contract might not happen.

Really? Where is your area? I’ve been in offices for three weeks now. Some are still closed, but many, if not most, are open now here.

With so many out of work, it will be extremely difficult to sell when you are competing against a generic.

They are replacing a lot of managers this season.

So, they are pretty much following the same format they did for Season 1. The promised 3 season contract is still really only 1 season 3 times.

Why keep people who can't hit their metrics? They should not be allowed back.

Does anyone know what mgrs were kept? Lots of postings online for managers.

Rep positions are starting to post. The Texas and Florida managers appear to be all new for the most part.

Is this a good foot in the door position? Or are they only looking for seasoned pharma reps as it's short term?

Seasoned reps and they rehire reps each year. Very few reps & managers get asked back.

All of the openings should give you an indication of how many were not asked to come back. There is a reason they can't move market share.

I was hired for season 2 and this is the most micro-managed, unrealistic company in pharma. Management will not listen to you and claim they do. Stocking issues with major chains was a HUGE issue. Pricing vs generic and sales metrics that forced you to lie in your computer. ( 10 calls vs 4 pharmacies daily). Regional DIrector out of Chicago could only offer up bring in juice and cookies to access No see offices! Manager was a total realist, did his best to manage us as professionals and in the end got wacked. If you are in dire need of a job, which I understand many are, roll the dice and apply but beware the pressure, not to mention dealing w ith COVID and going into offices with sick people ( That is if they let you in) will wear you down quickly.
