The truth is always a 100% defense and MG and others would have to speak the truth under oath in cross examination. Dendreon knows this.

It would never come to that because Dendreon knows this.

Additionally, Cafe Pharma does not store anonymous IP addresses.

Cafe Pharma was asked to turn over IP addresses to a Congressional Committee in the Shering Plough matter a few years ago. The webmasters had nothing to turn over.

Additionally those anonymous postings were later allowed by a judge to be used as evidence in the trial. Things you know that you write here can be used as evidence in any future criminal trial. Hopefully you have already supplied it to law enforcement. That is the first place to go.

CafePharma will not give Congress information about Vytorin postings.

Earlier today we wrote about a letter from the House Energy & Commerce Committee to CafePharma, Schering-Plough and Merck, requesting information about several anonymous message posts in 2007 that foretold the disastrous Vytorin results in the ENHANCE study.

The committee wrote to Sarah Palmer at CafePharma, citing all the CafePharma posts that BrandweekNRX had posted, and requested all records, names and IP addresses for the posts in question.

Sarah Palmer from CafePharma has now responded--on CafePharma:

"As we have said before, per our policies, we do not collect any user information with anonymous posts (including IP addresses). Therefore, we do not believe we will have any information to provide regarding these posts."

But MG had lied under oath during the 2007 SEC investigation. Don't hold your breath that he will not lie again. He will do and say anything in order to avoid jail time. For him and others like him, end justify means.

 

What did you mean about 10% of revenues? Was that hush money?

 

This time there are too many others that can and will have to under oath corroborate that he is lying. This is a different case and there are too many witnesses.
