    He was fired from KCI for the same foolishness with reps. Someone dropped the ball during the vetting process with his background.

    He has destroyed the whole morale of that area. Wouldn't be surprised if many flee next quarter unless changes are made.

    What's so laughable and frustrating at the same time is how can he give a "Business Review" in front of Leadership when he doesn't know anything about "Business". He has no brain. Reps are the ones who really know what is driving business in their individual area and are really succeeding in spite of him. Why should we have to gather intelligence to give him? And, have a rep color with a crayon every week a stupid NOLB, X5, Hypertarget or whatever else is total bullshit. Only one AM should manage LA, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi. And we all know who that is. Many reps will leave if this foolishness doesn't end. Sick of this demotivating hostile work environment.

    I don't know who this is, slamming this guy, but overall he seems to be a pretty good guy. I think there are dictates from upper management not directly from managers.

    Reach out to reps at his previous company, KCI, and find out if he was a "good guy." He was such a good guy HR showed him the door. And no there aren't dictates from upper management regarding the way he treats his reps. EXAS should be ashamed to have someone like this managing people or even being around people for that matter.

    You know, I would be partially your side if you weren't such a crybaby. Our AM's have to get data from us on our business. I welcome my manager to want to learn my business. We work as a team and figure out ways to make my territory grow.

    As for his former place of employment, yes, that all sounds bad. Im glad I don't have to work for him, but your a fool if you think he's having you do all of that for no reason. Suck it up and quit being such a whiny little bitch.

    If you don't like working here, LEAVE!!!
