You bragged about this happening but it's not. Sounds like you need to worry about your customer service in India and your constant backorders.

On the contrary, it looks like J&J is selling Mentor

J & J has been trying to sell Mentor for a few years now. But you may be right as J & J has dressed Mentor up to be sold. Reduced the fixed cost of a physical HQ when they closed Santa Barbara and they are now using a contracted sales force in private practice.

Trust me. Mentor is in the pole position to be sold. Just wait for the FDA approval.

the FDA doesn't have to approve anything. They are trying to get a better offer from Galderma and if that falls through they are selling to venture capital like they did w Ortho Diagnostics. Venture capital would be a nightmare.

The target is Q3 prior to earnings to mask the false growth from Q4 '15/Q1'16.

Isn't Galderma owned by Nestle? Not sure Nestle would want to acquire a hot potato like Mentor. Private equity seems more likely.

Is Mentor still a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson? I was at the MD&D investors day in NJ this week and there was no mention of Mentor.

Yes Mentor is still part of J&J, but J&J doesn't like to talk about it publicly since it appears that J&J is trying to divest Mentor quietly.

Market disruption coming soon when Motiva gets approved.
