So I hit over 100% on my last quota. I busted my ass and my quota was a couple hundred kits shipped. Now it has increased 50% for the next quarter. This is ridiculous. Do they WANT us to fail?
In short, YES. The MDR team will take the field reps job. Our role is to generate buzz and gain new writers. Look what's happening now. There will be no need for our on the ground reps.
