The leader of the reimbursement team East is an arrogant asshole. Excuse maker and I can’t get any support. But oh well it seems mediocrity is the norm with this launch

there are no Celgene heads left to be cut - all the good people left already to get out of the new organisation

Celgene talent has already left the building. Sales, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Operations, R&D, etc - they simply recognized the toxicity and left.

That means the manager in the mid Atlantic is one of the bad ones then

and the reimbursement staff are they all bad?

    rhetorical question

Depends on which manager you’re talking about? Sales? Market Access? Some of the TLL’s are still entact for now.

I know no one comes to CF to be optimistic, but have some hope! 300+ Start Forms nationwide and all of the KOLs in my district seem to be on board. Things really aren't that bad considering the circumstances. This has to be one of the more stable pharma sales jobs out there right now.

    Let's all count our blessings.

...But yeah there are some dog shit managers in the East thats for sure

Some groups are sitting in their hands like reimbursement. Bullshit on the reactive

get your ass into some proactive you over paid sales reps. Let’s go reimbursement

    remove some barriers.

That is what BMS does when they acquire other companies. They want you to leave voluntarily. It is quieter and costs them little to nothing. That's a historical fact right here on CP.

I just follow the conf calls. Customers don’t even answer the phones.

trying to launch a mega drug during pandemic. I would terminate me if I was in charge.

basically lash the hub is running the launch

    reimbursement team is worthless.
