The end game is near. Corporate knows they can dole out whatever they want and people have to take it.

If you can walk with business then you'd better be ready. If you can't pull the business then expect to be replaced by a 50k per year associate in a couple of years.

Seems pretty clear that the changes are coming out way. People aren't saying much and are keeping quiet about things. Weird atmosphere in the office.

I don't see what the big deal is. Everyone there will get a regular, fair contract that the rest of the country has. We have more serious problems that need to be addressed as a company. Relax and enjoy the ride!

Its not a big deal but most of us have been asking what the changes will be and when they take affect but nobody has any answers. This is where the frustration is.

The answer is obvious, Zimmer failed miserably in that market and manager was replaced with a Biomet leader.

Locally DJO is making a run and the managers are clueless and could care less.

We can't get enough of this soap opera! Old distributor replaced by a subpar rep and the old manager demoted but still in play to meddle behind the scenes. Reps getting 11%, helpers are completely funded, yet still complaining about how bad you all have it. DJO getting a shot to move some share. This is priceless!!

We all are waiting for the kc soap opera gang to chime in about Dvorak leaving and how the change at the top will affect them individually. I'm sure the new leader will bump you to 13%, waive non-competes, keep paying for your juniors and promote your current managers. KC is too important to mess with!

Things are fixing to get real interesting everywhere but especially in areas with special, one off deals!

It's ridiculous around here! Backorders, manufacturing issues, asking surgeons to substitute products, real chance of being sold off in pieces, nobody talking, new compensation plans coming and our local managers act like it's all good. ZB is in bad shape.

It's the same everywhere. Obvious that things are changing in the company and it's not going to benefit the sales force. Numbers are down and whoever takes over is going to make big changes that get everyone in line. North, South, East and West are all in the same boat...change is here!

DJO is going to clean up in that market.

    random question
How is Djo going to cleanup in any market anywhere? Known for their shoulder and it is not anywhere close to competitive with the likes of tornier or Lima or Comprehensive or DePuy?
Are they going to just pay everyone off?
They are non existent in our market (not in Midwest area).

DJO reps still giving cash to surgeons? The surgeon that was getting paid in envelopes in my area retired and haven't seen djo since.

The former ZB sales manager is off of his non-compete and went to work for DJO. Most of the sales force are loyal to him.

What happened to the orthopedics queen Jackie?
