I’m sure the new CEO is fine with letting the inmates run the asylum. You people are delusional if you think he cares one bit! Things will change for the better...it may sting a little but it’ll get better.

This place is a dumpster fire! Absolutely no leadership here. Infighting between the old Zimmer side with the old Biomet side is ridiculous. This place is a cancer

 

Why do we have internal and external managers? Is every district set up with multiple layers of management? Who’s in charge? Seems silly!

 

If you guys are still managed by Jackie you are complete idiots and deserve everything that you get! She was a joke!!

Did her old gal pal rep ever marry one of the doc’s she was messing with? Those two were a hoot!

 

Don’t think she married one of her customers but she’s gone. They were quite the pair when they were running and gunning around KC

 

The commission cut stings but the fact that Stacey’s and Jackie are living large on our backs is where the problem is. 100k pool job is ridiculous when we are all being hit with cuts. Great leadership?

 

It is a nice pool! The guy seriously thinks we all want to hear about it and see it...he can’t shut up about how well he’s doing. Dude is a straight up liar

The pool construction is magnificent! Thanks to all that contributed while I hide in my office all day!

Oh don’t worry Stacy will be enjoying his pool and nobody is leaving to go anywhere and you all know it! All talk and no action...crying wolf every other month!

 

The direct model here has been great, fixed all of our problems and empowered our leaders to do nothing without consequences. At least the savior Dave Mc is back making everything better.
