Not sure Mason would want to come back but JK is a head scratcher. He went to Depuy, DJO and now back here? Why?

 

I think John Kyger still works for Depuy in Colorado?

 

Oh he works here for sure. I suppose it is perfectly alright for a manager to stomp his feet, get upset, talk smack then quit and then be rehired and welcomed back with no questions. It’s the reps that are expected to toe the line, shut up and not have an opinion. If a rep dares speak up the corporate answer is “you should just leave!”

I totally agree with that, MA is the real deal. It’s sad that JR and JK constantly trash him behind his back. They’ll run him out just like they have everyone else. JR and JK are tight. The backstabbing and secret chatter needs to stop! Great company with terrible leadership

 

Kyger is a cancer. He bailed and now they welcome him back wtf? Dude is always talking behind people’s back.

 

Jackie has lost her mind with this rehire. We don’t need more management that does nothing to grow business. Just pay us reps more and let us do it!

 

Are there any reps at ZB that agree with the structure there? How can these decisions be made if EVERYONE disagrees? If bringing back the “old” is the way, isn’t it a matter of time before Mason comes back.... what does this Kyger offer now, that he did not before he left? Considered a position there, but this has me second guessing!

 

Kyger is the new old manager. He now runs the area. Looks like he runs things including Matt A.

 

Not sure who’s running this place anymore, Jackie and her boy toy John or the flunky Matt? None of them seem to be able to secure assets to cover cases. We are simply not able to do the basics anymore with these 3 idiots.

 

Cmon, boy toy.... flunky... totally unnecessary. New hires started, green, but warm bodies are better than no bodies.

 

I agree with your comment about warm bodies are better then no bodies but putting surgeons and patients at risk is unacceptable. Preparation, double checking and case set up is the lifeblood of our business and without it we fail. 90% in our business is a failing grade.

 

Not having stuff for surgery is not acceptable. Word travels fast in this business especially the bad. We live on our reputation.

 

What is Jackie’s purpose here? What value does she bring? This area is mostly self sufficient and the management team is non existent.

 

She doesn't have a purpose. Never has and never will.

 

Every since the Biomet acquisition happened we’ve wondered what she actually did. What good was Kyger? Mason was a much better leader and was at least respected. This place is barely hanging with all of the recent issues and changes.

 

You can’t even begin to compare MJ to JR and JK. JR is a total joke who has been brought back because they couldn’t get rid of her. She brings JK back to be her “yes man”

Absolutely no leadership during this crisis! Our manager heavy area will drain all of the money. They’re only concerned with themselves and are actually looking forward to running the weak hands out!

 

Jackie, John and Matt are MIA! Zero leadership from the bunch. It’s going to implode soon or maybe that’s been the plan all along.
