zimmer rep hired by hospital all other reps out!

I've been on a mission to find out what system or hospital in south florida, Tampa area, stole a senior zimmer rep, hired him on to run an in house ortho implant program and kicked all of the other reps out. This move obviously makes it attractive for recruiters to court an out of town propect like myself. Would appreciate some insight specifically on Tampa area if anyone has the scoop.
