Why did Bristol Meyers sell Linvatec and Hall Surgical to Conmed and not keep them with Zimmer? Seems like a natural fit.
That's ancient history. Soooo much water has passed under the bridge since then for everyone involved. Better question is how much Zimmer Biomet might pay for the Linvatec and Hall brands today. Hint: it ain't $2.69B = Conmed market cap.
