What the hell is wrong witth it? There's several threads here about legal matters. Ie, 'Should he do jail time'? Nudity ban in San Fran, Medical marijuana, etc, etc....

I hope he rips them a new asshole. That side of the media needs to learn they are supposed to report the news, not create it for their own personal agendas.

It will be interesting for sure. Defamation requires ruining one's reputation so an issue will be how badly was his reputation ruined? I'm not sure he has such a great reputation - he has a history of arrests (some felonies that were reduced due to programs completed). He also was arrested by the local police and charged with 2nd degree murder so it sounds like his reputation is 'persom awaiting trial on 2nd degree murder charge'. Racist is a lesser issue than 2nd degree murderer so I'm not seeing much of a ruination of reputation.

What I think is happeneing is this: He has quite a nice sum of money from his online supporters so it sounds like a feast for his attorneys in terms of fees.

He probably wanted to wait until the bloodied picture of him surfaced first, more or less to bolster the issue.

I agree with Phoebe -- I laughed out loud at those posts, too.

 

I don't see the big deal over a swollen nose. A grown bi guy cruises a 17 yr old kid, the kid pops him in the n ose and it gets swollen. Is he such a piussy he can't take that and swing back? If everyone who gets hit in the nose has to shoot the person who did it instead of hitting back there will be a lot of dead mofos laying around. Jeez, Zimmie is a 29 yr old pussy who has to have a gun to make him a man around 17 year olds.
