Let's be honest folks...and fair. We all know that rumors start when someone leaves on their own or with a little shove from the company. Most of us aren't doing this for fun...we are making a living and supporting our families. Let's be careful and take everything with a grain of salt on what we hear. Let the pure one free of defect cast the first stone...in our industry, especially with the regulatory, legal and policy we have all been in the wrong at one point or another. Let's give folks a chance. On another note I'll tell you this, Zoe is extremely intelligent and fair. She's one of the best in the business. Whoever she picks will be lucky to have her. I always hear GREAT things about her.

I think she was lucky they didn't go after her for violations. That was the word from a VP. All of that being said, I like her and she can sell and manages well. He hiring practices suck.
