Have any of you guys on the field noticed Xtandi gaining ground on Zytiga? It seems that the situation will get worse after recent pre-chemo news came out yesterday: Medivation: First Look At Xtandi Pre-Chemo Prostate Cancer Survival Curves source: http://www.thestreet.com/story/12279595/1/medivation-first-look-at-xtandi-pre-chemo-prostate-cancer-survival-curves.html Oncologists are prescribing it, only if we could get more urologists to prescribe it, but most don't even bother with it.
Uros don't like handling steroids. It will be hard for J&J to differentiate Zytiga from Xtandi. Med ed might help, but the truth is I'd rather be on the Xtandi party boat rather than the shipwreck.
You still have Procrit and Doxil in addition to Zytiga. Those two will do well, no need to stress out about Zytiga.
