We will then evaluate your Notice and take such action as is appropriate under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 et seq.

Please note that cafepharma.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate the account of any contributor to the site about whom cafepharma.com receives more than one complaint of copyright infringement.
