Sounds like good news! I was reading earlier that the TLR-9 protein or whatever they called it was supposed to be a slight breakthrough in IBD treatment.

Oh whoa, a maintenance drug as effective as steriods! That's really cool news. EDIT: I just found out Dexamethasone is 4-5 times the strength of Prednisone/olone, and this new drug is as effective as it!! Hopefully this means good times ahead, and it's ...

True, but they're coming up with safer biologics, I.e tso therapy, technically considered a biologic, similarly, SSI vaccines would also be considered one in a sense

Whatever the mystery drug is it sounds like we can be optimistic some new drugs are coming. Probably more biologics though.

It is good just wish I knew more about what the drug is. These trials just give weird numbers to these things.
