ABM is very unethical and rude, doesn't know how to coach, breaks so many HR guidelines, and doesn't live by the CREDO. It's appalling. Every rep in the district is afraid to go to HR because HR will actually go against the reps, and the rep will end up on a PIP and fired.
Ceo Kathleen doesnt follow core values. Company only cares to boost numbers to sell and rocket the stock they have shares of but employees dont. Even the VP of sales jumped ship. Stay away

Manager encourages off-label promotion to treat EOS diseases for which the drug is not indicated. Manager is clueless on field calls, hanging in the background with face in phone the whole time. No feedback, no coaching, unable to answer basic questions, sucks the life out of reps and never gives anything back.
