Management goes out of its way to create fear among employees. Greed drives bad behaviors of the couple of incompetent so-called leaders but it is enough to outweigh the decent ones. Stay away!
Company is good but it's management is not. Nepotism everywhere at all management level. Similar to a mafia where the friends have the top position. Even fired employee has connection throughout the suppliers.
Shittiest management I have ever been associated with. The executive director comes from primary care and wants to control everything.
No decisions made by the people under him, look how that has worked out, control freaks usually fail.

Zero field support from Company, not once in 3 years has a manager met with one of my surgeons or paid for a Cadaver or Saw Bone lab. They claimed I would make 200k per year, only 2-3 reps in the entire company make this. Liars and Thieves, management is very immature.
There is always a reason to not pay reps their full commissions. Your self esteem as a rep goes down if you stay and you loose commissions if you leave. Lose / Lose here. You feel very stuck.
Micromanaged, senior leadership is not adapting to the industry's changes. Organization wants to sell a biological in the same manner they sell other products. Organization not listening to field sales. Lack of transparency.
