The new sales leader is underwhelming. He has virtually no DME experience(big time pharma boy) and manages by taking we reps out of the field so we can fill out more crap into salesfart.com No wonder sales are down and people are looking left and right to find other jobs.
Who knows though now that they essentially fired chad boor..st maybe there is hope. A complete joke. It is a wonder he lasted so long.

 

Seems like a rotating door of reps, RDs, and upper management.

I am interviewing for an OH AE position. What should I know?

 

Pass on it. Bad Management, Bate and switch on pay. They just screwed us on commissions and they made is sound like they were doing us a favor as they took money out of our pockets. Morale is horrible and the internal team are low paid and apathetic which make the fields job even harder. Run away as fast as you can

 

I just interviewed in ST. Paul. The director of sales has a studdering problem, I I I I I think.

 

I didn't know he was a stutterer. However, I do know him to be a backstabbing A-hole!

Eric PANTLOAD (his nickname) is a complete tool. He is the classic climb on anyone and everyone's back to get ahead. He would make your life miserable. Stay away. There are much better companies.

 

This is so funny, "Pantload" we just laugh at him He is such a vindictive narcissist. I think it is great the spot light is on this hack. Now people will see what an ass he is. Having been a direct report I can say he is a thin skinned piece of CR.P hence the appropriate nickname. Yes, pass on the job.
