The culture and leadership are horrible. Sam is so full of sh-t. Charles is a total D-bag. RD's are Sam clones. ABL's seem scared to say anything. Marketing is a JOKE. Culture is negative with backstabbers everywhere. OP-I hear you!

Now that Paul’s gone, I say CS is next. How long before SW gets pushed out and the entire eyecare team gets reorganized?

 

Some quality people in the division but not enough to offset the reject loyalist of S. Many were promoted despite failures in previous roles. Lizzy, Bry, Toad, Less, Creepy Charlie, and the list goes on. Eye and Ear rejects that will continue to haunt us. Continue to promote market share and don’t admit that volume hasn’t really changed since acquiring the product. Paul is a good person, smart guy, he wasn't a good fit for that role. Too many NVS factions bitting at his heels and too many leftovers from EE filling in his ranks with no viable options as alternatives. The only people that want to come to Novartis are people looking for comfort and security. Lastly, the people complaining on this thread are the same losers that asked for admin days and full bonus payments during the pandemic. They barley worked before the pandemic and now find excuses not to work. “ we’re worried about covid, but you’ll see them getting on a plane for vacation on FB”. Ask a customer who their NVS eyecare rep is....crickets. Good luck

yeah. You had me up until this part. I’m assuming you’re the same dumba** who said this same EXACT thing when we bought Xiidra...everyone knows novartis runs a lean ship and two reps in the same territory ain’t happening, so apparently your customers don’t know your name.

Tight ship at nvs? Go talk to someone on the MS side of the business bc there’s multiple overlays (in some instances 5-7 reps trying to call on same targets) including ABL’s and they have barely been in a new product launch 6 months out.

I can’t believe what a pathetic leader Sam I Am is. He has no clue what a good leader is. He surrounds/isolates himself with “yes-men” and Sam clones. He is a calculating, phony that inspires no one. Charles OMG! What a weird person. No one relates or likes this guy. My ABL doesn’t say it, but I can tell they think Charles is a complete A hole. Paul consider yourself lucky to get away from this cast of characters. Toddles? OMG. Another complete tool. A robot. The new RD, I feel sorry for her. What a horrible cast of characters she’s with. Tess? A DI necessity. Totally a metrics queen. This place is doomed because leadership is incapable of seeing beyond the warped, tight circle created. Get rid of Sam I Am, put an actual leader in place, as opposed to this napoleanic, short-sighted, egotistical ineffectual bedwetter, and we’d be much better off. Me? I hide behind anonymity online and sling shit at these people because there’s no other place to vent my frustrations. Oh wait. GLINT. LOL.
