The trajectory of our company has changed. What the heck is happening? Forecasting is way off. V’s message about hiring, but still no department to train the sales force. No one making bonus. It’s not good. Hopefully we can turn this ship around.

So much wrong here. Concerning really. When 1 person is hitting goal that says a lot. I think the company will sell soon. Investors are banking on that at this point.

    Hiring is way off...
Internal promotions are great but you can’t just hire internally to fill a spot. These hires internally and externally for over a year have weakened the organization and ruined the “culture”

Companies need strong men or women leading their sales force. I don’t know anyone that would use strong to describe Evan. He is a wimp and I would follow him no where though I will continue to succeed here. He empowers bullies around him like Maria to try and make up for his weakness.

There MZ goes again. The fired troll thing is getting old. But, it’s impressive how much time you spend on this site.

Vincente here and I have IT identifying the negative troll IP address, From there, we will sue for slander. We need everyone moving forward as one team. Have a great weekend.

I needed a good laugh today. Thanks for that. Calling Evan a wimp and Maria a bad manager would not be considered slander. Whoever posted that was being nice using those words

Ignoring CDC guidelines and mandating in-person meetings. You’re the one who will be sued for employee endangerment.

Immediate managers (not all) and RSD’s (not all) are pathetic. Evan and above would be very very smart to better evaluate these folks. Stop letting them ruin the culture. Lawsuits will fly if things continue. Here are a few initials to re-evaluate, showing pathetic internal promotions (JP/NK/MZ/TW/JB and more). They clearly are letting experienced good reps leave and/or applying undue pressure to get them to leave to replace with lower paid, less experienced individuals. Look at the last 15 rep fills? You want a better culture treat people like mature adults and appropriately. Take this as advice because there are attorneys on stand by!

They don’t care. It’s like an incestuous culture. They just breed management from within whether qualified or not. And their management training program is like throwing someone who doesn’t know how to swim into the water and telling them good luck. That’s why management sucks. I’ve never seen anything like it. I think they just want to fill the positions as window dressing to get the company ready for sale. As for pushing out high earning reps and replacing them with inexperienced ones with low salaries, that is cost control, pure and simple.

This is correct. Took the words out of my mouth regarding quality of management. Rejects from the regional level and below. I agree, never seen anything like this. Hard to even take this place seriously.

Can not believe how maria treats some of her high performing reps. Heard it from some of their own mouths. She needs to go. That would be a good start for Aerie to get things back on track.

Thank you. It is tiring to have to continually explain to management of a medical company that this airborne pandemic is still occurring. No one is listening. There is no BACK TO NORMAL. Normal is changing and the more they try to force it, the less access we will have in offices.
