This company robs you of your mind. Then it steals your soul. Then it forces you to get vaccinated in order to work.

It looks like they're winning now but when the dust settles on this catastrophe the class action lawsuits will be massive.

And to do this right before a product launch. Is anyone really studying the next couple of months? People are working on resumes and interviewing. No one is focused. Inky good thing being jut in field is to network.

I wouldn’t call it a launch. ObGyn are not waiting desperately for this drug. No coverage, and their copromote basically hired ethnics with no experience in the field

Wow!! What an ignorant comment. You definitely don’t know the process they went through to hire these folks or how much money they are making. No wonder racism is such a big issue in this country.

One person writes a comment = "racism problem in this country"

The liberal brain is laugh out loud funny

Wrong, stupid. Your comment was racist and bigoted.

    (One person says something stupid)

    - proceeds to say an entire nation has a problem

Indicative as a subset. You don't have to agree, this country has a racism problem.

Our entire planet does - like minded people prefer to hangout, everywhere - only white males called out for it, though

So true - go to any meeting and all the races sit together, so I guess they are all racist. Go to any school lunchroom, same thing. Only straight white males are called evil and racist and non-inclusive though -it’s crazy.

As far as how w they will choose who stays and who goes..... territory will be a big consideration. If you have lots of large IDN’s and bigger systems, you may be ok. Gone are the reps that call in rural and single doc facilities. Metroplex areas will have a better chance of keeping their jobs.

    The territories will be huge

I think the lay offs will be massive. A tele-rep could realistically have 2-3 territories if all they are doing is calling.

You can have my place in oncology. Resumes sent out this week and hopefully will be out of this growing disaster ASAP. Too bad as some good people here but Pfizer can't help turning every franchise into primary care. And - can't continue to support the criminal element running this company.

They turn every good thing into a primary care driven metric mentality. They can't help themselves. It's all they know. If you put their brains into a bird the bird would fly backwards. That's how stupid you have to be to think that reach and frequency drives onc and specialty products.

1995 called and told us that reach and frequency metrics work.

That's because no one wants to hear the truth here. People who speak the truth are ferreted out and exterminated.

I wouldn’t worry about how they are going to choose who stays and who goes….just know you have a better chance of going than staying. It will be massive!

Can anyone "in the know" verify if this is accurate? I can't imagine Pfizer allowing DM's to dictate who leaves. Sounds like a game of favorites and special exceptions. Sure, DM's will make it sound likes it's skill related, but their friends and favorites will be prioritized/saved with tales of exaggerated successes.
