Heard a reorg was coming within corporate IT within a week or two. It's basically the changes from the big management meetings that were held a few months back. Can anyone confirm?
Another reorg ?? Hell it's been a couple of months. guess we are overdue for another reorg managers keep telling upper mangement, it will all be better after "this " reorg. Gives them time to put out a few more resumes.
I worked at LabCorp for 11 years before quitting. I went through 17 different reorganizations (no exaggeration) and 20 different supervisors. Reorgs are standard operating procedure in LabCorp IS. Reorgs are how mediocre managers stay employeed (or are promoted), talented IS professionals get frustrated enough to quit (or are RIF'ed), and new suckers are hired in at lower salaries. Simply put, reorganization is the company culture at LabCorp IS.
I guess we will find out what happens this week in the meetings downtown at the Paramount. Already heard of directors getting walked out. Hopefully some changes are coming to end the good-ole-boy system in place at corp IT.
Guess we will find out today what changes are coming from the big meeting in downtown Burlington. I heard the new org structure will be discussed.
And then there was another reorg. This is a never ending story. Just keep switching it up, maybe, just maybe one day they will get it right. hahahahahah!
Starting to hear new rumors about reorgs coming. Nothing definite but hearing things about stuff all the way up to the CIO level. Can anyone confirm?
