Here is the sad truth, Eliquis will do well, but no where near the company's expectations. Which means many will lose their jobs.

The reason? Not because the reps are bad, but look at the history of BMS projections on products.

Glucophage - BMS thought is would be a moderate success, turned out to be the cornerstone of diabetes therapy

Plavix - BMS thought is would do a few hundred million sales at peak, turned into the biggest product the company ever sold

Metaglip - BMS thought it would win over all those doctors that wanted an alternative to glyburide - total dud.

Onglyza - BMS wanted 30% of all DPP-4 Rxs at end of December in launch year - never got close, not to mention the absurd launch plan.

Avapro and Benicar - BMS said Benicar would not be a significant competitor and ignored it for years, it kicked our ass

So no matter how Eliquis does, it will never live up to the expectations in Plainsboro and NY. The execs are desperate for Eliquis to blow it out, their EPS goals and IC will live or die by it.

Study, prepare, plan and execute - some will make a lot of bonus, some will make none and many will be put on WW and fired.

    Great company!

You'll make the company millions and millions.....they'll give you a paltry bonus and a 2% merit.....don't seem fair does it.....btw..Berto will get another 20%+ raise
