If you're under 30, female, big tits, and this would be your 1st pharma job - take the $45K for 18 months and then bail out. You will do well...especially shacking up with your mgr and AD at POA's. If you already work in pharma sales, stay away. It would be like playing 18 at Spyglass Hill and then playing 18 at the muni track in W Va.
As a Watson rep, your device would be monitored by GPS so they know the whereabouts of it (and you) during work hours. They give you a list of physicians who will not let you in or sign your computer and then put you on a P(erformance) I(provement) P(lan) for reasons not related to anything you can control. They roll out a bonus plan that you cannot possibly achieve and assign you to work for a deceitful asshole who will throw you under the bus at every opportunity to make it look like he is doing his job watching you while he tells you what a good job you are doing. If you are a member of the 85%, you will be terminated within 18 months as a result of the PIP. Enjoy your Watson career!
