    First off, it's not Astra anymore it's DENTSPLY Implants. Astra line is best implant line in business.! That being said, getting surgeons to switch over to you is extremely difficult. Very territory specific. You will make about 120 a year. If you are good with that great. If not, very difficult to blow it out.

    Regardless of the name of the company, read the previous posts. The place is full of turnover and lacks leadership.
    If you can't see going there is a bad move, then you might belong there
