"what was that chicken little? The sky is falling..."

    OOORRRR

Yes, corporate america sucks, we get it. The smart ones always have a plan, and if you don't play ball, if you want to be a maverick with no respects from your peers, yes you are going to get f'd. If you are someone that gets along with others, not to the point you are borderline HR felacio, but you work the system. The idiots you call managers, my bet is that they probably weren't the best reps. But you know what, they made past carrying a bag.

You work hard as a Territory Rep, leave your mark, give them a reason why not to let you go when they need to make difficult decisions, survive bad times, become either marketable within your own company or be in a position to move to greener pastures with more money, no matter which industry. Dental is not OR sales. So the pay potential won't be the same. However I know of others in OR sales who make as much as I do in dental and I'm not all that bad, thank god.

It's simple, you make of it what you can. Some get the breaks, others get the shakes. Macuda mecada or however you say it.

Now please, walk off the ledge before you make a mess of yourself.

Management at Thommen are ridiculous! They just have to justify there existence! Horrible hires into management. Oh look at thommen there the Gucci of the implant world! Laughable!
They havent grown in over 10 years! And they never will. Think there a player but there just a tiny little company with no market share whatsoever!

People are walking out. What's going on at the company? Good implant bad management. Why is it that the bad implants get the good management....

Not true. Have you checked out the Zimmer Biomet threads?

Zimmer Biomet is an utter disaster with it’s management, implant and treatment of reps. Thommen is a quality product that has really never reached its potential.

Agreed. However, Thommen is a quality product, but a bit old on its technology. What's new with Thommen as far as innovation in the implant space? This company certainly has the potential to do big things, should it ever decide to innovate.

If crappy sales growth couldn't do it, think covid-19 can end the Thommen "family" experiment?
