Wrong....i sold Lipitor for Parke-Davis...and Pfizer co-promoted it and did nothing in my area but show up for MY lunches and speaker programs...worthless bunch of losers...look at the all the the companies they bought and screwed up....good god almighty!
You talking to the master of Lipid of drugs. Back in 1997 not managed care so it was up to the rep. to convince the docs. Also the NCEP guidelines came out around then, so if you don't what that is look it up. My area was the 3rd territory in the country to hit a 50% MS for Lipitor, remember, no MC or Medicare-D. Plus in my area I was President of the AHA, in my area, and I got lot done for Heart Pts., and the docs liked it. So you can cry all you want, but Pfizer did not do Jack....too busy pushing Norvasc, Zoloft, and there other drugs. Bunch of losers....sorry to burst your LIPID bubble...Dumpster Breath...
No it starts with you, the sales force. If you do not stop complaining about a job that feeds you and your family... you will never be respected or Amarin or Vascepa. if you wanna join the people at novartis or pfizer, go for it. It took Statins 10? Years. Or maybe Good luck selling Entresto. I rather sell Vascepa than that lol

LOL. Doing the “best” you can doesn’t work in today’s Pharma Environment. Reps have little control over their individual territory performance. Managed Care and Whomever cooks up Territory Goals determine your fate.
I dont care who sells vascepa. I only care about the return on my stock investment. You work for us. So go sell more and stop your complaining. Your negativity destroys company culture, productivity, sales, and your little district teams.
