Wins what?? This is over and done with. Get your resume out now. Why are people so naive that work here??

I have the same question, because if you knew what you were talking about you'd understand that we'll be filing an en banc review by all 12 judges within 30 days. It was immediately apparent once the judges were revealed that we would likely lose this part of the process. A review by the entire panel can still go our way. If you're not enthused about standing behind the company you work for, there are other companies hiring.

Stop drinking the koolaid and protect yourself. Everyone including upper management is looking for the exits. Corporate doesn’t give a care about you. Game Over

Do you know anything about football? Obtaining an en banc review is about as successful as a hail mary. As layoffs loom, remember that you need to look out for you and your family first. Don't think for a second that company owes you employment because you work hard everyday. Right now you have a window to seek employment elsewhere before ending up in the unemployment line. Now is your time to make a move. You'll be competing against each other for the same jobs, since so few are out there. GLTA.

Layoffs? More like Elimination of the US Sales Force. If you’re trying to go the extra mile with your offices, stop immediately and focus on getting another job.

I completely agree. Even Thero said in the pitiful press release that they are focusing their attention to the EU and the Middle East. Get out now.

You’re a moron. This is over. Oh, and the idea of “standing behind the company you work for” is, at best, a bucket of warm shit. You, me all the other ants will be cut loose in a New York Minute to protect the bottom line.

I have some magic seeds I can sell you! These babies will grow into a money tree in just 7 hours and provide you with $3k-$5k per day. After the initial planting you don't even need to water them.

Yes, the coterie of patent attorneys will be working on the en banc briefs and preparing their appeal and billing $1000 of dollars per hour to do so, knowing that the court agrees to hear less than 5% of en banc appeals. And FYI, Amarin couldn't have asked for a better 3 judge panel to hear the appeal yesterday. It could have easily been a 2-1 vote in Amarins favor. Get a clue! This is done. We are done. It sucks, but it's our reality. Work on your resume, not convincing asshole drs to write Vascepa.

The John Thero bottom line? Because you know he hasn’t done shit for Amarin . Ya heard that Jonny? Ya kid I’m talking to you. I dare you to put me in a PIP ya idiot (I bet half of you who read this will be shocked I’m “disrespecting” authority”) lmfao Same old SHEEPLE who watch the news too

No Kool aid drinking here, and I can assure you my job is secure. That's the fun of anonymous boards, you never know who you're talking to.

Until we see what moves generics will make and how that might affect the income of the company in the US market, your job in sales will remain. Expansions are done, but layoffs are not in the playbook at this point in time.

Yes, there will be tremendous focus overseas, but teams are being hired to head that. Current corporate is not forgetting US and shifting focus abroad.

This site, like much of the social media landscape, is a cess pool full of keyboard warriors who haven't a clue what they're talking about. Just count how many "layoffs are coming" "the writing is on the wall" "get your resume ready" or your false claim "upper management is looking for exits" posts there are in the last 5 years. You can't, because there are hundreds and hundreds. Yet, it hasn't happened once. Why? Because people are full of shit. The few that are actually in the know that do come on from time to time and attempt to calm people are told "stop drinking the Kool aid". Ever think maybe some people actually know what they're talking about and aren't just naive kool aid drinkers? That may be something worth considering.

Is this supposed to be advice? If so, it's horrible advice. The ones who update their resume and seek employment elsewhere will minimize any chances of being on unemployment. And yes, no layoffs 'at this point'. However, Warn notices could come at any point in time. Its extremely difficult, if not impossible, to justify a salesforce as large as this, with one product and no pipeline, in this current climate. Oh, and you must be new because there already were layoffs at Amarin due to a failed launch of Vascepa. 50% cut. Seriously, GLTA.

Sounds like home office tripe. And if its not, and you are still hugging the company at this point...you’re not drinking the koolaid. I agree.

But you are fucking stupid. Good luck with that.
