Training LTC positions

Do you think they can bring us all together in California for training or is it too risky for Acadia? Do you think it will be virtual? I heard 4th quarter.

 

Easy fella. Job offers still 2-3 months out. Land the job first and worry about that if and when you get hired.

 

Do you know for sure that offers are two-three months out? Had a phone screen. I feel it with good!! Great opportunity!!

 

I have had two video interviews and two phone interviews. I am waiting for my final interview. Offer is supposed to be June 1. But that may have changed. I have not asked. They said the start date may not be till November due to COVID. Things keep changing. I am concerned this opportunity may not pan out because LTC facilities may not leave reps back in for a long time. They are under scrutiny with so many deaths occurring in them.

 

I have had two phone interviews. One with recruiter one with hiring manager. I agree that LTC may be a challenge to access; with a November offer date that puts you in the field mid December, i think they will re open LTC.

 

How’s training? Will we have to role play, test and all that garbage?

 

Thought all LTC hiring was pushed out til Oct/Nov????

Dude it’s pharma. They have a training department so yeah, probably going to be some role playing. Maybe a certification to know wtf you’re talking about before you step in front of customers. They have trainers for a reason..to train you!! Maybe you should work for a company that thinks you’re so smart, we don’t need to train you. You’ll do well here hot shot

 

Maybe you should be asking why the best trainers have already left this place.

 

What trainers have left?

 

They will hire anyone who lies. They hired a woman who lied about her title & numbers. They were trying to cut her loose from her other LTC gig. No one checked her background. 100% nut job. It should be a piece of cake to pass Acadia’s background check.
