He's hiring a bunch of his old buddies (former vascular consultants) to "consult" nutrition now. Oh boy.
Damian and his idiot boys destroyed vascular. Here's what Nutritionals has to look forward to: 1) all manufacturing jobs will be shipped overseas; 2) new buildings in OUS locations will be built to local standards to keep on the cheap. Roofs will collapse with the first storm due to [personally demanded] lack of beam supports and the use of sub-standard steel; 3) driveways and sidewalks will sink due to lack of rebar used; 4) Buildings will sink due to being constructed on swamp lands; 5) roaches and other local wildlife will accompany the product back to the U.S. on the shipping pallets; 6) Meanwhile, roofs will collapse at local facilities due to installing solar panels without doing a proper assessment to see if the roof will hold the weight; 7) he will let his cronies run projects that will cost millions and will never be successfully implemented; 8) Worthless Class A functional groups will be formed taking up space, oxygen and budget; 9) Bloated supply chain groups will be formed and staffed with ineffective personnel; 10) Remaining functional groups will be stripped bare and those that 'made the cuts' will be worked to exhaustion; 11) Middle and upper management positions will continue to expand and flourish without a single leader amongst them; 12) Quarterly RIFs will occur - most of them deep; 13) If you had any joy in doing your job, his leadership will insure that it will not continue. He has been quoted as saying 'he didn't like the U.S.'. He is aptly named.
