Anyone have any good stories from a bad experience working here?

Mine is from reaching out to upper management and asking why the car allowance/ mileage is so low and getting no response from them at all... so professional

Mileage is reimbursed and you get a monthly car allowance. Maybe you should’ve looked into the actual facts before questioning and looking silly

I used to work there and pretty sure it was state in the contract you signed.

All everyone does is complain here. Just shut up and do your job. Be thankful that you even get paid to drop off the samples we provide. 36000 is a lot of money. Buy a 2003 camry for $1500 and keep the deliveries rollin. UPS is busy so go drop some xulane patches off to abortion clinics. Get to work

This is absolute bullshit! this company does not care about you and your vehicle. They expect you to drive close to 200 miles a day and be happy with 19cents per mile. Keep in mind that a regular oil change cost around 85 USD and you have to get that done twice a month. And you get 400 taxed dollars for a car allowance that really ends up being 258$ just a big joke.

I just quit this company after only 3 months. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life and I'm so glad I quit. My mom told me to just resign and I did it. They change their mind on the priorities every week. Bipolar much?? One week my manager would say to hit cycle plan, the next week calls per day was the focus. And then the following week would be start and end times and call times. Just insane to even think about. I'm just glad that I will never have to deal with the likes of this company again. Rant over!

Yeah this company sucks. They change their priorities all the time. One day they want you to get 25+ calls a day, then the next day they don’t care about call numbers anymore and only care about your sampling percentage. If they didn’t keep being indecisive about what they want you as an employee to focus on it wouldn’t be totally miserable working here but I don’t see that changing ever. Also those conference calls at the end of the day make me want to drive off a bridge. Another side note... anyone that has good reviews for this company on Glassdoor was clearly given incentive to do so by upper management, it would be nice if they gave incentive to their employees other than having higher than 25% sampling percentage... what a joke

Wowwww unbelievable nothing has changed at this company and I worked there 4 years ago. my salary was 36,000, mileage reimbursement was at least .55 cents and they had no idea about strategy or direction. I can't believe nothing has changed but also fair warning there's a reason why nothing has changed.
ML is a POS who would rather stuff his pockets than pay his employees, if you all band together and complain for pay increases you can change it. Remeber ML's great conceirge isn't sh!t without you guys.

36,000 is pathetic. You cannot afford to work for that amount of money!

Lol just found this board. Worst company of all time. Get out of there as soon as you can. I was there for a year and got hired at a REAL pharma company. I now make more than triple what I made at HCP and have a company car etc etc etc.

ps. for anyone complaining about the current products, we promoted an opioid product for over a year. Imagine that.
