It is surprising. Not even worth acquiring. Rather sad.

You are actually ok compensation related if you are in sales here and you are a part of the special chose group that receives bonuses in the spring you are told to not talk about. They think it is secret. It is not. Annual target bonus of $21,000 for all sales reps which is rarely achieved, but then some are secretly selected to receive bonuses on the side and then told to not tell their peers about it.

The women work in the cafeteria, and the only minorities are in maintenance?

Shows you don’t know the company at all. There is NO cafeteria, and there are minorities. Frack off, loser.

The company is badly managed and can’t turn a profit to save its soul. The CEO is wholly disrespected in the rest of pharma. When I interviewed (and got the job) with another company, they actually asked me why I stayed with “that loser” for so long. Had no answer, but they hired me and I’m still here—five years later.

Ask yourself what “pipeline” Cumberland really has? They buy loser products from other companies that they can’t sell themselves—hullo? They turned a $25M/year product into less than than, and will probably due the same to Sancuso. And they expect a 25 year old drug (ifetroban) to save their butts? Get real! They have NO pipeline. Cumberland is a losing proposition for a Pharma wannabe named Ahmed Kazimi. He couldn’t manage to have a real company, so he manages to fake investors into supporting his wannapharma. Losers.
