Believe it or not, this "dumb as a box of rocks" idiot did get promoted to RSM in Neuro, out of CRM. No idea how he got that promotion, as there were many ABLs with much higher sales. He must have kissed some major ass. Novartis, wake up. Florida is a major market and to have this idiot in charge? What an idiot!
