Does anyone have any insight as to whether the new Xolair sales force will mirror Genentech? Or any pertinent info on how lean the new team will become?

Doubt they will mirror GENE. Respiratory team was told there will be displacements, and Gene seems to have a lot more field reps than current Xolair team. Will be interesting to see what happens

If the position becomes more of an upscaled role as many have mentioned, and it is geared more toward reimbursement, does that mean the incentives will be geared toward MBO style verses sales incentives.

Xolair Rep here. There was little to no access prior C-19. Now pretty much everything is closed. No need for 2 of us when even one rep is one to many. Give us packages.

Is there any idea when the new Xolair job postings will be announced?

Well, tomorrow is the big day for the Xolair reps. So sad but such a great ride for 17 years. Good luck everyone! And so it begins.....

So how many less positions are available?

105 down to 77 reps with ENORMOUS territories. We all have to reinterview.

Thank you! Is that base or total package?

That’s base, assuming you have a fair share of respiratory or speciality experience.
