AngioDynamics? More like AngioDy-manics! The ever-growing leadership team wants to “improve culture”, “cut costs”, “make an impact by expanding our portfolio”... yet leaders are highhandedly destroying any hope of that. Open your eyes, the culture is in the toilet, company-wide, because they see GMs encourage their already astronomically-overpaid team to demand MORE money.... and get it! And now these outrageous sign-on bonuses for the coveted sales team while the rest of the company is begging for 3%! All the GBUs are holding their own (financially), but we don’t all have the crazy comp. plans, or get to add to our teams whenever we feel like it. They sit atop their throne like a child with a magnifying glass on a sunny day scorching the ants that are beneath them, burning through money with absolutely no limitation or consequence. Look around... people are leaving every day, good, talented people! Unless of course you’re one of “the chosen ones” and lucky enough to be the right gender on the right team with the right products and the right manager. In that case, chances are you’re already over-paid and in a few short months you’ll be promoted, given stock options plus a bonus increase. Kudos!
The best culture boost Angio could make is get rid of some of the so-called leaders.

It’s comforting to hear that this dumpster fire of a company is still burning bright and strong!

What a joke! Sales team members are dropping like flies and the ones that are hanging around are looking for new opportunities. Leadership is comical, most of them hate EACH OTHER too! Not a true leader among them. So many overpaid useless executives and middle management that truly contribute nothing to the success of the business. Just lucky enough to have amazing team members that make them look good.

This is outstanding. Can't stop laughing. All of it so true. I wish I knew about this years ago when I was there. Just heard that tiny little sexist narcissist is now the SVP of PV! WOW... really scraping the bottom of the barrel huh? Is he still wearing his sons jeans and his hats backward to prove how "down to earth" he is? HA! Total garbage. Any success that comes from Angio is a direct result of the exceptional employees and products it creates. Leadership can't make a good decision to save their life.

Well at least AngioDynamics is good at one thing, making terrible choices! They continue to consistently let "leadership" run around like unsupervised children. Absolutely no accountability for their actions or behavior. Setting unrealistic expectations on us (the field) while simultaneously getting rid of the resources we need to do our jobs! They want us to increase our numbers without brochures, digital assets or even fucking business cards that stay in one piece! When I call HQ to see what can be done, I get the usual bs "it's not my fault, it's this department, it's that department". The one person that actually delivered everything I needed FAST is now gone because someone on the ELT wanted it that way, and what's interesting is that there are remaining members of the ELT offering to be a reference for her!!!! Sends a great message to the rest of the company.

For those of us that actually stayed at AngioDynamics for more than a few years (and that's not much) it's a total shit show. Comp plan is comical, can't get any tools to do our job in the field, our lit is completely outdated and inaccurate, leadership is useless, we never know what's going on internally because communications sucks and they wonder why people keep leaving?

You know what’s great? When an ELT member vents about other ELT members! Validation for everything the field has been saying. These clowns don’t even like each other let alone their teams. I mean none of them will ever be honest with the others, and I don’t blame them really…. That golden parachute is nice. Continue blaming your teams, because that’s been working so well for you. How many people have left in the past year or so? God forbid someone (ELT) say something legitimate on behalf of their team, if it’s not the popular opinion then you’re exiled! You morons have lost such good talent over the past year or so, what is it you don’t understand? People on this forum have literally spelled it out for you, and still you continue to promote and reward the disgraceful behavior that is now the norm.
