It's time to stop saying "your safety is our top priority". It clearly is not. Managers pushing live meetings, dinners, tech programs and cotravels. Upper Management looking to host regional sales meetings? How is that safe? We sat and watched 4 execs sitting unmasked in a conference room announce that they were discussing these smaller live meetings without even a HINT of awareness that grouping people unmasked is risk. While it was nice to see more reps choosing virtual attendance for our last training meeting, what about those who opted to gather LIVE AND UNMASKED for a VIRTUAL training? Who is approving these ideas? I can't think of another company taking such risks with their sales team. We can and should do better.
or a concerned sales professional. You are part of the problem. Surely we can voice concerns for health safety during a global pandemic without getting political and nasty. We can sell and keep masks on. The majority of us are doing it everyday!
absolutely agree. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard that I’m one of the few reps they have seen. There is no prize for that. I hope the majority of reps chose virtual NSM. I do not know one other rep who’s company is having a live meeting. All of this while COVID rates are at an all time high. But hey, thanks for the masks?
They took the whole Noel Thread down... Does anyone know why they would do that??? There were nothing wrong with the comments I read... our company can’t handle the truth
Not really. Anyone who’s getting slammed can reachnout to the site administrator and get a thread or an entire post removed.
Noel and Maria know what we think about them and how they both got their jobs. We pretend and smile to their faces and when they call but really don’t respect either.
So why did cafepharma remove the thread on Noel and Maria? I thought it was funny and have seen much worse on here. There was nothing bad in that thread
