Come on! No one can give some honest feedback on this product/division?

It’s probably one of the better divisions/products in the company. Which isn’t saying much because T-flex blows. Low pay in the industry compared to other med device. The culture feels like everyone is complacent with the fact they’ve been picked on their whole life, and being a Teletard is the same as being picked last in the 2nd grade dodgeball game. But hey, if your cool with that, welcome aboard. Just hide your milk money. It’s gonna be a bumpy ride.

are salaries negotiable? Or does everyone have the same set salary? Or is it dependent on experience? Please real answers

If you’re dumb enough to come to CP for answers on your future career choices, you may not be fit for this industry pal.

There is no way on earth you can make 240k at Teleflex. They don’t want to pay their reps. They believe you are a bad rep if you build relationships & the customer leaves when the rep leaves. Seriously.

The lowest paid rep barely hitting quota makes $250k. Every year someone hits $800-$900k. All of the P-club reps do well over $500k. Average reps probably do $3-$400k. Teleflex may not pay that but NeoTract does. And NeoTract still runs the ship for the most part. Have fun making $150k wherever you are though.

What’s up with the RBM in N Ca/PNW? What a tool! No wonder so much UC turnover in that region.

This is going to be extinct with Aquablation now taking the stage. Robots are landing everywhere now

I cover 4 very large states, and I've only seen one procept doc/robot. Keep trying, and pass the thrombin.
