In 4 years I have never seen Collegium do the right thing..so this responder Is blowing smoke. They do what is best for themselves and to pull the wool over the eyes of the investors. Looks like a generous move that they paying us full bonus, but based on their pattern, this is a display before they drop the hammer for their failed RX growth for the Caremark win. They will use COVID-19 to bail themselves out and leave us in the dirt. It’s who they are...liars and cheaters. I’ll take the money and get out as they will get rid of us.

Lying and being strategically savvy are two different things. It more sounds like you’ve been burnt at a personal level. Maybe by a manager. But all the stuff you are saying about them is totally unfair and untrue. Do things happen on forecasting that cause perceived failure? Yes. Did they foresee Caremark being a walk in the park based on Humana previous year, possibly. However, to say that they lie and manipulate is ridiculous.
Here is the list I’ve come up with that they must of lied about: Companies cars? Holiday shutdown? RSUs? Floating Holidays? Full bonuses?
    Nope!!!
Truth is they have been nothing but responsive to all field based requests. Not always do we receive the answer desired, but at least they listen and incorporate change. Collegium operates in a uniquely scrutinized space...just hear me out. It’s possible knowing a little less at the rep level may actually be a good thing. So sorry you feel like you’re constantly duped. I’m sure JC would love to have a one on one zoom to discuss your ideas for positive change. In the mean time please enjoy that salary, benefits and luxury of worry free nights. #youprobablystandupfirstonaplane

Well, all we can do is be transparent with area directors when asked why we are leaving...typically turnover causes concern.

I will totally be honest with my AD when I leave, but I don’t think he’s going to make an immediate change to the RSM bc of it.

I agree with this post! Field rep here and Collegium has always done the right thing! They are responsive and make changes to make the organization better. I’ve been nothing but impressed.

I see that Linda Millay-Smith is now working at Collegium. Having worked with her in the past I can tell you she is certified looney. It would be nice to hear from others that are associated with her.

    Listen Dummy,
You are selling a Narcotic painkiller in a world where they are being cut back.
Are you growing sales with your virtual lunches?
This business is in decline hence your declining salary genius!

Actually, she is a sweetheart. Always willing to help. And, why do you care? I hate people who try to bully others online. Thank God she doesn’t come to this site.

I too worked with Linda Millay-Smith. And the post is accurate. Verifiable loon, lazy & works as little as possible. The fact that she is working at Collegium says a lot about your company (confirmed by the posts I've read from their own employees).

Why the opening in Albany? Good Manager. Was told base of about 130 and total comp 160? Is this accurate?

Gee thanks Scott! Management is very out of touch and reps are leaving and making $145k + base salary and not dealing with the toxic culture that is here now since they got rid of the the best layer of management! It’s clear this bunch doesn’t care about anything except their own bonuses. Reminder they agreed to take a 25% pay cut to their bonus if they couldn’t bring on a product. So they got a shit product! Bonus achieved!

All of THIS defines who Collegium is… read all this nonsense. Management badmouthing and talking shit about hardworking reps, reps badmouthing one another, IC scrubbing, meanwhile the EC checks to ensure their direct deposits come in and that their stocks get sold.

You even have management (there’s no leadership at Collegium), responding on this site defending themselves. Total comedy. They don’t care about anyone but themselves and those that kiss their asses. The universe has a funny way of autocorrecting narcissists, ask PW and JM, the rest are in line and they don’t even know it.

Anyone interested in this company better check the civil lawsuit section. Also, is anyone even questioning why a pharmaceutical company can’t promote in the very State their headquartered in?

Worry free nights? Have you already forgotten about all the wonderful people you laid off back in November, Scott? Wow.

Curious what the tenured reps are making around here. I was hired at just barely 6 figures about 3 years ago, what are they paying the OGs?

who has worry free nights working for an opioid company that has attorney generals trying to get reps to implicate the company they work for? Stresses of the job no matter how compliant one is. This is not a concern elsewhere. Bye Collegium!
