GE reps, I would appreciate your feedback on the Neuro position. Worth it? Positives/Negatives. Thank you.

If CK is the hiring manager I would be very careful. They will give yo low offer for the "privilege" of working at GE.

if u are looking for an entry level job where you'll make $120k max, it will do... I am leaving after only couple months.. Compliance and big Corp culture on steroids! They enter the chip in your brain from day one.. Work flows, processes, etc..omg!!!Never seen a company that is so slow to get anything done! Terrible! They have this idea that it is a privilege to work there.. Joke! Can't get out soon enough.

The place is awful. CM is the worst. He actually wants you to promote off label. He wont send anything over email. Instead he texts you to your personal phone. He should be fired! Instead, he fires reps every year to hide his own ineptitude.

Ciaran is a snake and will turn on you so fast to save his own ass. To top it off, he is dumber than a doorknob.

Decent job if you want to make around $110k for total compensation. Better than primary care pharma but not a long term career move. They have invested $0 in this space so there is nothing in the pipeline. You are better off taking a specialty pharma role than this gig. Neurologists barely want to talk to you since they rarely use it. Many neuros call it datscam since it really doesn't help them. More indications would help this product. PD vs ET is a joke!

What's up with the neurology team selling Datscam? reimbursement has gone away and leadership team is in panic mode it seems.

Total micro-management - it's stifling. Manager TD is the worst. Weekly and sometimes daily calls about where you were and who you've met with. Unrealistic goals and expectations. They want 5 over-nights a week due to huge territories. Horrible work environment.

The neurology division is the worst. They work you like a rented mule and treat you like garbage. Territories are unmanageable and neurologists won't use datscan.

Tim Damon is the guy to avoid in neurology. Total cowardly douche. No one wants to work with him.
