Serious question - what is with all the certifications with Enbrel? We have to role play and be certified for the third time in two months. Is this necessary to have lms trainings , degreed learning paths , then take hours out of the field to “certify”. I’m sure we could certify for compliance reasons digitally with ONE training. It appears they keep coming up with different reasons to keep reps OUT of the field
Whoever created that flash card should be fired. Seriously, a 20 plus year old product that my DM wants me to sell in the 2nd position and the best they can come up with is reprinting phrases from the package insert and then making me role play to certify that I won't turn the phrase into a selling piece? This place is unreal. How about a graph, or a photo or anything?
Worst flashcard I have ever seen in my 25 years. Imagine Humira puts out a card that says: Humira is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Humira has a bioavailability of 64%. Humira must be refrigerated between 36-46 degrees. Then their marketing team congratulated themselves for getting out such a impactful flashcard after a year of work. They then send out 3 learning pathways and a test and required their sales teams to "certify" on such a wonderful piece.
but I still have to do the LMS classes and certify with my DM the reality is no one will use this piece
