Not one from the original team were worth a shit. CB sucked, the idiot in Texas, the clowns in Florida, the blow hearts in the Northeast. It was a total Shitshow with this group. All made bad hires and are responsible for picking pharma rejects to bring in sales. This failed with epic proportions. Even after being given all the business plans, managed care strategy, key contacts and players they still didn't have the business skills to implement. What was left is what you saw in the quarterly earnings calls. What a clown show that was with Tim tipping questions to anyone that could think up an answer to the softball questions to from their Biden like media sessions.

I have one in Ohio who isn’t worth a damn. But she sure posts a lot on linked in. Well, reposts all the BA hype/BS. Literally, that’s all she does!

Are they still at Esperion driving the block buster BA molecule ?

Must be an Ohio thing. The dope from Northern Ohio kept calling me for "success ideas". I blew sunshine up his arse and he took it like it was some great insight. What a moron.

Another example to the above post on the blame shifting culture of Esperion. Backstabbing as an art is in full on mode at Esperion.

    Lol

The Scientific Hired, Highly Tenured Customer Facing Team, now Lipid Trained Experts certainly have a number of challenges.

Maybe why Tim is always on the golf course ?

Is Ohio a shining example of the failed Scientific Hiring Process ?

Remember Esperion has Scientific Hired, Highly Tenured Customer Facing now Lipid Trained Experts.

Can't wait for earnings call and to hear this again.

    Sweet music to investors ears.

    Yea ....right

I like Ohio I think it’s a pretty solid place, Overall I’m pretty damn happy here. I do know the manager here Yes absolutely focused on driving results and wouldn’t hire people that she didn’t think deserved on the bus

Yes you've really driven business. Your script counts are pathetic. Maybe you team really does suck and your manager was clueless which they were. The orginal hires were beyond pathetic pharma rejects. You should feel embarrassed that you lasted this long with a 3rd rate company like Esperion. You've accomplished nothing and your volume of scripts is embarassing . Please call a recruiter and get yourself out of the building on fire in Ann Arbor.

Know 2 formerly Scientific Hires in Ohio that were either fired or resigned.

    Full disclosure, I'm happy too.
I don't think I'd like to work for the Ohio guy that called me looking for "insight to my success" though.
I have a few writers. I'll call on them tomorrow morning. Golf in the afternoon (not with Tim). Cash my checks and wait for the gravy train to end. How do you like that insight?
Why does everyone hate Tim? Seems pretty solid from my POV. LOL

Ditto. I have 5 solid writers & I'm semi-retired. 1 day working, 4 days looking for my next landing spot. (Don't tell Einstein looking for key business strategies)

Good plan. I recently came on board & found out I'm making significantly less than my predecessor.
I've been spinning my wheels for a month & not seeing that many are impressed and have been looking at the same data for a year. I guess I'll just milk it

Every manager is an embarrassment. Ohio is a piece of work along with the dopes in Florida and the Northeast. Too bad they didn't clip all the managers when Tim was shown the door yesterday. I love how they phrase he will be kept on as an advisor during transition. Meaning he'll do nothing and get paid to keep his mouth shut. What a complete mess this has been.
