Not only do I not know where I finished 4th quarter 2020, I don't have the slightest clue about how I am doing this year. Its the 104th day of 2021 and I don't have a single weekly to validate if I am doing well or doing terribly. How can we have a performance culture if the measurement period ends before we have any data to act upon?
