Childish behavior of Enbrel Managers costing more talent

It's bad enough to have to play all these activity games, all these teleconferences, all these one on one calls, but the hope always was that we could slide back over into dermatology when an opening came up.

Now, given how butt hurt and childish the managers are when they lose a person, it's just easier to leave for external opportunities.

That's what happened in my case. Now when the dermatology opportunity comes open, and it will next week, I will already be gone.

Grow up. People do what's best for their families.
