Interviewing for a TM role in the Endoscopy division.... always heard good things about Boston Scientific as a whole but feedback has been hit or miss on this division. I’m told 140k at plan. But I’m more curious of the the day to day and contract standings? I’ve heard “glorified order taker” and “not a real sales or clinical job” multiple times. I’m coming from being too associate rep for Bard... working cases day in & day out. Mesh is a grind. Any feedback is appreciated.
I’m interviewing with this division now. How does Boston Sci compare to the competition? What’s a realistic take home number in this division?
It is an incredibly solid division. I've been here for 4 years now. Started making $145 my first year and am currently making $210. Sometimes a lot of pressure, but not too bad. BSC is the market leader in this device space and has the most innovative product line. Great relationships with the facilities and physicians. There are definitely some managers who I would hesitate to work for, but the majority of them are really good. Just one guy's experience. Good luck
I blew the manager, I haven't been called back but he did have a smile on his face after the interview. That’s a good sign right?
